Connectivity

The watch will automatically reconnect with the phone when it's within range. Please note that it can take up to a minute for the watch to connect. Press any of the buttons on the watch to decrease the time it takes for the watch to connect with the phone.

If the watch does not reconnect please make sure that:


● The Festina Connected app is running properly
● Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
● Your watch is charged

We recommend that you run the latest OS version on your phone and the latest version of the Festina Connected app.

If you still can’t connect:


1. Toggle Bluetooth Switch Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds and then switch it on again.
2. Restart your phone
3. Full reset If the watch still can’t connect after restarting the phone, do a full reset of the watch and app.
