Returns can be made to Festina within 14 days of receiving the order if you are not satisfied with part or all of the order.
All products must be in perfect condition, unused and with the labels still attached. Without having being repaired and with the corresponding purchase receipt.
To make a return you have two options, depending on how your purchase was made:
Unregistered customer: go to Returns enter your e-mail address and order number (enter the full number, with letters and without spaces. Example: POFESTINA_ES2000000097). Then select the product you want to return and follow the steps indicated.
Registered customer: access My Account> My Returns, and follow the steps indicated. If you have placed an order without registering, you must contact our Customer Service department (contacts).
Once the return has been accepted by Festina you will be able to send your product to the nearest sales office. To return your product to us safely, please send the product in its original packaging. Enter the delivery note and the return form, to the address:

Festina reserves the right to refuse returns after the deadline, if the products are not in the same conditions as when they were sent or if they do not meet our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise or you have provided proof that you have returned it.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for any return.
Once the return is processed, in My Account> My Returns, the return number of the items will appear. Also, you can always find it in your email.
